Preserve Spring Onion - Freeze

So Autumn is here, you have a heap of lovely spring onion but you're thinking of cooler times and the lovely hearty meal you're going to make.....freeze the excess...

Quick and easy...



Chop...




...bag...


...and into the freezer...

Give bag a wee smoosh up to separate onion pieces....

The spring onion will not be 'fresh' or 'crunchy' but will go great in any Autumnal/Wintry casserole, stew or soup...yum!
