Cheese Muffins

This
recipe makes 8 medium sized muffins. They are delicious warm or cold,
buttered. Also yummy with vegemite or marmite. I love them with
homemade soup.
Ingredients:
1 cup wholemeal SR flour
1/3 cup powdered milk
1tsp baking powder
1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
1 Tbsn mild American mustard. (Use a hot mustard if you prefer more zing)
¾ cup water
Method:

Method:
- Sift together flour, powdered milk and baking powder.
- Add cheese and then mix in water and mild American mustard.
- Mix until just combined, don't beat or over mix.
- Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake in a moderate oven (180 degrees Celsius) for 20 minutes. Remove from oven when an inserted skewer comes out clean.
